LaSondra S. Dudley | Founder & Executive Director & Minister
Guided by a divine call to protect the sanctuary of motherhood. LaSondra serves as the visionary architect behind the Covenant Cradle Foundation. A committed minister, she leads with a heart for restoration, bridging the gap between clinical maternal healthcare and community-based spiritual support. She believes that true health equity is born at the intersection of professional care and faith-rooted empathy.
Holding a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and currently completing a Master of Education in Training and Development (expected December 2026), she pairs her spiritual calling with professional expertise in organizational leadership, strategic workforce development, and high-impact educational curriculum design.
As Founder and Executive Director, LaSondra guides the ministry’s overarching vision, programmatic expansion, and governance. A proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., her work is anchored in the values of sisterhood, community mobilization, and dedicated public service. Through her leadership, she ensures that every mother who enters our village is met with absolute dignity, rigorous health literacy, and a preventative continuum of care.
The heartbeat of our village and co-architect of our mission. Audrianna serves as a Co-Director of the Covenant Cradle Foundation, bringing her academic expertise in Social Work and a profound commitment to maternal advocacy to the forefront of our ministry. Currently completing her final year of undergraduate studies at the University of Alabama, Audrianna is already preparing to advance her practice with a Master’s degree in Social Work, ensuring that our foundation’s community impact is informed by the latest clinical research and ethical standards.
As Co-Director, she plays a vital role in programmatic design, community outreach strategy, and operational leadership. She is the primary advocate for the families we serve, ensuring that every touchpoint—from our material distribution drives to our educational symposiums—is delivered with dignity, professional rigor, and genuine empathy. Her leadership is dedicated to breaking down systemic barriers and building the resilient, faith-rooted village that every mother deserves.

Ensuring the foundation remains a steady, reliable anchor. Jonathan serves as the Director of Operations & Strategic Partnerships, providing the organizational strategy, structural governance, and operational oversight necessary for our ministerial mission to thrive. He is deeply committed to sustainable health equity, ensuring that our internal systems are built with integrity, transparency, and long-term impact in mind.
As a key leader at the Covenant Cradle Foundation, Jonathan bridges the gap between our high-level vision and our on-the-ground execution. By managing our strategic partnerships, logistics, and resource stewardship, he ensures that the foundation is well-positioned to reach, support, and protect families for generations. His dedication to organizational excellence serves as the bedrock upon which our ministry stands, allowing the village to grow with stability and purpose.
